Four rules we don’t negotiate. They’re what makes a project actually finish.
Small teams, big problems.
Squads of four to seven. No layers. The developer talks to the client, and the director sits in the sprint review.
Zero subcontracting.
The whole team is in-house. If we ship it, we built it. If something breaks, it’s on us.
Metrics decide.
Every project gets measured. Conversion, NPS, operating savings, time to market. What isn’t measured doesn’t ship.

From a construction company in Buenos Aires to private AI running on-premise.
25 years, in numbers.
2001
Founded in Buenos Aires. First client: a construction company that needed to sell a building it had just finished.
2008
First Madrid office. First bank as a client. Team of eight.
2017
Orlando opens. Focus shifts to Fortune 500 work across LATAM and the US. Team of 18.
2024
Eclypse Private AI launches. It runs in production for enterprise clients today.

CTO
15 years in cloud architecture and distributed platforms. Former technical lead at a LATAM fintech and a retail-tech scale-up. Runs the engineering practice and Eclypse Private AI.

18 years in product design and creative operations. Leads the design practice and squad coordination across the three offices.
